It is particularly suitable for users who purchase a single piece or a small quantity of Docmienphi apparel (such as a stylish long dress or a retro sweater).

Shipping Cost Calculation Rules: Based on the total value of the products in your order (calculated in $, excluding any taxes), Standard Shipping adopts a tiered shipping cost collection method: when the total value of the products in the order is in the range of 0-130 $ , a fixed shipping fee of 8 $ is required. This shipping fee only covers the basic shipping cost from the Shanghai warehouse to the designated delivery address in your country/region, and does not include customs duties, customs clearance fees, agency service fees, etc., that may be incurred in the destination country/region (such fees shall be borne by you in accordance with local customs policies; for details, please consult the local customs authorities).
  1. Delivery Time: The delivery time of Standard Shipping varies depending on the destination country/region. Under normal circumstances:
  • North America (e.g., the United States, Canada): From the date of order shipment, the delivery time is approximately 7-12 working days (working days exclude weekends and local legal holidays; the same below), and may be extended by 2-3 working days for remote areas.

Package Tracking: After your order is shipped via Standard Shipping, we will send the logistics tracking number and official tracking link (the link redirects to the query page of the corresponding logistics service provider) to the email address you provided (the contact email filled in when placing the order) within 24 working hours. You can enter the logistics tracking number through this link to query the real-time shipping status of the package, including key node information such as package shipped, in transit, arrived at transit warehouse, in customs clearance, out for delivery, and delivered. To provide global users with a more cost-effective shopping experience, Docmienphi specially launches the Free Shipping policy, which applies to users whose order amount meets the specified standard. You can enjoy the same logistics service quality as Standard Shipping without paying any additional shipping fees. It is particularly suitable for users who purchase Docmienphi apparel in bulk (such as purchasing multiple Shirt tops at the same time or matching different styles of long dresses and sweaters), effectively reducing shopping costs.
  1. Free Shipping Rules: When the total value of the products in your order (calculated in $, excluding additional fees such as customs duties and customs clearance fees in the destination country/region) exceeds 130 $ , you will automatically enjoy the Free Shipping service without manual application. The system will directly waive all basic shipping fees when you check out (i.e., the shipping fee is displayed as 0 $). For example, if you purchase a wool sweater with a unit price of 80 $ and a floral long dress with a unit price of 60 $, the total order amount is 140 $, which meets the Free Shipping condition. You can receive the products via Free Shipping for free without paying the 8 $ Standard Shipping fee.
  1. Delivery Time and Service Quality: The logistics service providers for Free Shipping are the same as those for Standard Shipping, all of which are international high-quality logistics teams cooperating with Docmienphi. Therefore, the delivery time of Free Shipping is basically the same as that of Standard Shipping (for specific delivery time, please refer to the "Delivery Time" section in Standard Shipping), and it also enjoys package safety guarantee and full-process tracking service. The shipping quality will not be reduced due to Free Shipping. After the package is shipped, you will also receive an email containing the logistics tracking number and tracking link, and you can query the package dynamics in real time to ensure the shipping process is transparent and traceable.
  1. Explanation of Order Amount Calculation: The "total value of products in the order" in the Free Shipping rules only calculates the amount of Docmienphi apparel products you actually purchase (i.e., the sum of the unit prices of long dresses, sweaters, and Shirt tops), and does not include the following fees:
  • Customs duties, import taxes, value-added taxes (VAT), and other taxes in the destination country/region (such taxes are levied by local customs and shall be borne by you);
  • Additional fees incurred due to special needs (such as expedited shipping fees; currently, expedited shipping service is not provided);
  • Refund amount generated after order cancellation or return (if the original order amount meets the Free Shipping condition and the amount is less than 130 $ after canceling some products, no additional shipping fee will be charged for orders that have been shipped; for orders that have not been shipped, the shipping fee will be recalculated, and you need to pay the 8 $ Standard Shipping fee before the order is shipped).
II. Order Fulfillment and Package Handling
To ensure that your order can enter the shipping process quickly, Docmienphi has established a standardized order processing and fulfillment mechanism. Each link from order confirmation to package shipment is strictly controlled in terms of time nodes to reduce unnecessary waiting.

Order Processing Time: After you successfully place an order and complete the payment (via PayPal or credit card; payment success is subject to the system displaying "Payment Completed"), our warehouse team will complete order verification, product picking, quality inspection, packaging, and other work within 1-3 working days. The verification content includes the completeness and accuracy of order information (delivery address, contact person, phone number) and the product inventory status (to ensure products are in stock).
